Job Title: Business Development Executive<br /> Skills: Sales and business development skills with a very high standard of English and Spanish. Proactive with great communication skills.<br /> Salary: £22k - OTE in year 1 - £40k (Uncapped & full commission paid on every sale)<br /> Location: London<br /> <br /> Our Client: A fast growing London based international media company<br /> <br /> The Role: You will be selling conference sponsorships packages to businesses, building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.<br /> <br /> Duties:<br /> <br /> Consultative business development selling B2B conference sponsorship packages between £5k and £50k<br /> Work on an established brand with a strong database of existing contacts <br /> Be responsible for researching and sourcing your own accounts to develop and manage<br /> Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing global clients<br /> Identify and capitalise on new opportunities to generate revenue. <br /> Work as part of a team to hit and exceed revenue targets<br /> Network face-to-face with existing and prospective clients at international events<br /> Work to incentivised event-based and annual revenue targets<br /> <br /> <br /> The Person: <br /> <br /> Hard working and committed with an excellent phone work ethic <br /> Pro-active, persuasive & confident<br /> An ability to understand clients needs and adopt a tailored approach <br /> Experience of consultative, solution based sales <br /> A determined outlook and a strong drive for results <br /> Self-motivated with a thirst for learning <br /> One year's consultative sales experience<br /> Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br /> Spoken and written Spanish and English <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> If your application is successful, you will be contacted within 7 days.
