Our client, a leading manufacturer, based in Deeside are currently recruiting for a Export Co-ordinator to cover maternity leave. The role offers part time hours of 11.30am - 5.30pm. <br /> <br /> The role:<br /> You would be processing orders and dealing with enquiries within the department. Key duties would include:<br /> To answer inbound calls from customers identifying their needs and utilising sales opportunities to maximise orders <br /> Use customer service techniques to understand, and build relationships with, both new and existing customers <br /> To respond efficiently to customers enquiries and assist with any product queries<br /> To co-ordinate sales orders for customers and ensure they are keyed in a timely and accurate manner <br /> Develop relationships in Channel Islands to increase trading database and sales<br /> Monitor and action the relevant reports that fall within the role<br /> To communicate with freight companies both in the UK and Europe to arrange collection and onward shipping of customer orders at the most economic costs <br /> To support and develop export database by identifying appropriate new markets and customers for the Company by taking part in sales promotion activities <br /> To deal with all employees and clients in a way that achieves the highest level of customer service whilst maintaining company standards<br /> Process Export paper work for HMRC<br /> <br /> Skills and qualifications<br /> Language skills in either French, Dutch or German are preferable but not essential<br /> Computer literacy in application of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to pick up bespoke systems<br /> Ability to support new business opportunities, especially those involving new customer and market developments <br /> Possess a strongly conscientious and driven attitude to ensure that the export territory reaches its maximum potential through providing a consistently high standard of customer service <br /> Highly organised individual with an excellent attention to detail <br /> Strong communicator both on the telephone and face to face ? must have a passion for the delivery of high level customer service<br /> Good listener with strong negotiation skills <br /> Self motivated individual with ability to work under pressure<br /> Teamwork ? a team player who can play an active role in a dynamic team<br /> Must have patience and sensitivity to potential communication issues that could arise <br /> <br /> This position offers an immediate start, so call Randstad today. <br /> <br /> .]]> http://www.toplanguagejobs.co.uk/job/2656122/Export-Co-Ordinator
