About Our Client:
Our Client is an well known international export organisation based close to Grimsby town centre

My client is currently recruiting for a French and Italian speaking Customer Service Assistant.

The successful candidate will have a customer services background ideally within the FMCG or Consumer Goods sector, and must be fluent in either of the following languages - French or Italian. Fluency in English is also essential

Purpose of role:
Receiving customer orders, dealing with quotes by fax, telephone, and email. Promptly processing in line with company policies, procedures, Customs and Excise requirements and agreed time frames. First class customer service levels are a must.

Preferred Skills:
Language skills as set out above essential
Advanced level IT skills essential - including MS Excel (pivot tables)
Use of CRM systems would be beneficial.

Job Responsibilities:
? Examines and reports on the condition of piping systems.
? Issues Inspection Work Specifications for corrective maintenance of relevant equipment.
? Witness Inspection of Safety Relief Valves.
? Examines Minor and Intermediate Pressure items with minimum supervision.
? Witness hydro testing of pipe work and pressure vessels after repairs.
? Examines Major Pressure Items under supervision.
? Ensures Inspection Quality requirements are fully met for welding jobs.
? Maintain the Archive for work packs.
? Ensure inspection section compliance with ISO/IEC 17020 accreditation.
? Complies with management of change procedures by ensuring Inspection records are kept updated.

Preferred Skills:
? Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures.
? Fully Computer Literate and experience with MS applications.
? Minimum ONC in Mechanical, Materials Engineering.

Able to talk knowledgably around API 510 & 570

Role: As a customer service agent you will be responsible for contacting customers over the phone giving information about the company product and verifying existing sales while increasing the sales generation at the same time.
