The ideal Qualified Nurse will have the following skills and experiences:

EUROPEAN SECRETARIES WITH EU LANGUAGES - TEMPORARY AND TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITIES- CANARY WHARF! �12 � �15 per hour/ �25 � 30K!

Our Client is a major European Union watchdog body whose primary responsibility lies in protecting and promoting public and animal health on an EU wide basis by analysing and supervising medicinal products for human and veterinary use. They are currently recruiting for experienced team secretaries with fluency in English and minimum one other EU language for their HQ based in Canary Wharf, London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Bilingual Team Secretaries to work in a truly cosmopolitan organisation offering a sociable and professional environment with excellent working conditions (37.5 hour working week), great benefits and ongoing training.

The roles will start on a temp basis for approx. 3 - 6 months with a possibility of becoming permanent on a contractual basis, or continuing on a long-term temporary basis.

TYPICAL JOB DUTIES:
- Full secretarial support including typing and sending of memos, filing of letters, answering telephone calls, etc.
- Preparation and finalisation of documentation in all European languages, implementing linguistic changes from Member States
- Preparation of first draft of assessment reports relating to administrative information.
- Formatting and PDF of documents for specialised group
- Preparation of correspondence between the Marketing Authorisation Holder, Standing Committee Members and the European Commission.
- Telephone liaison with pharmaceutical companies.
- Organisation of formal meetings, expert meetings, preparation and follow-up of meetings, including the co-ordination of other related activities and for arranging logistics with Conference Services including availability of meeting rooms, photocopying and distributions of documents.
- Preparation of presentations/ slides for internal/ external meetings and conferences.
- Preparation and follow-up of travel itineraries including completion of relevant forms, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation, expenses etc.
- Contribution to management of Master files, ADRs and databases.
- Entering paper information for the whole sector into the in-house database.

REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in minimum one of the following EU languages is essential:
German/French/Italian/ Dutch/Portuguese /Greek/ Swedish/Danish/ Finnish/Hungarian/Polish/ Estonian/ Lithuanian/Latvian/Slovenian/ Maltese/Romanian/ Bulgarian/ Luxembourgish

Proven secretarial experience, ideally in a team environment (these are generally not PA roles)
UK based secretarial experience is highly desirable

Experience in a scientific, pharmaceutical or medical environment is highly advantageous

Good MS Office skills with advanced MS Word for formatting and editing of documents, good typing skills (min 45 wpm)

Excellent communication and organisation skills, ability to work to deadlines and prioritise. The EU Bilingual Secretaries should be strong team-players!

Candidates should be EU passport holders and educated to minimum A level equivalent standard. Candidates will be required to provide a copy of their school leaving diploma BEFORE their application can be submitted to the client.

Hourly rates in the region of �12 - 15 per hour + paid holiday. Permanent salary from �25 - 30K. + excellent benefits.

Excellent Cardiac Surgeon job opportunity and relocation package offered by an international Cardiac Care Centre developing their presence in South Eastern Europe. Our client is in need of a top cardio surgeon who could join their international team to perform operations on patients from the whole region.

Main duties:
Performing coronary artery bypass surgery and heart valve replacement/implantation of cardiac pacemakers.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Core functional areas of the cardio-surgeon:
CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery) on-pump and off-pump, emergency CABG
Heart valve surgery (mitral, aortic valve, tricuspid replacement, repair), CABG+MVR/AVR
Ascending aortic surgery (aneurysm, dissection)
Redo heart surgery
Ventricular Restoration Surgery
Surgical ablation of Atrial Fibrillation
Less invasive surgery

Requirements:
Board certification in cardiac surgery
At least 4-6 years of surgery experience
Functional knowledge of English are essential

It is a permanent role and we would be happy to hear from candidates willing to relocate to South Eastern Europe for at least 12 months. Full relocation package will be provided including insurance, transport and accommodation.
