•Excellent project management skills, experience with project methodologies (PMP) &lt;br /&gt;
•Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management and CRM / Sales force automation systems  &lt;br /&gt;
•Strong leadership and change management skills &lt;br /&gt;
•Hands on experience in Siebel Configuration/ Integration/ Analytics&lt;br /&gt;
