THE POSITION&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The successful candidate will report to a member of the Executive Board and founding Partner of the Group while working alongside other Senior Managers together with the support of the team. &lt;br /&gt;

The candidate, who will be familiar with profit and loss statements and budgeting, will be in charge of a portfolio of clients to develop with innovative and strategic solutions for the business.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
He or she will also be responsible for all aspects of client services as well as be in charge of the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of complex international structures. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Therefore, good interpersonal skills, ability to form lasting relationships with high profile clients, bankers, lawyers and others in the performance of these tasks is required. &lt;br /&gt;

SELECTION CRITERIA&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Degree in Economics, Finance, Law, LLM in Tax Law or professional equivalent (eg ACA, CPA, CTA, Dottore Commercialista).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Skills and Experience Required&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Minimum 2-3 years previous experience as a Manager in an international environment or as a Lawyer/Accountant with a specialisation in international tax. Must hold a relevant professional qualification, consultancy experience will be an advantage&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Significant experience in International Tax Planning matters including application of Double Tax Treaties and Trust Corporate administration services&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Significant experience of private clients, including management of related on-shore / off-shore structures and trusts. The reference to structures is set out for fiscal purposes &amp; other purposes&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Competent in the execution and supervision of daily administrative and fiduciary tasks as well as in the development of new business&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Ability to work with a team in order to provide high quality service to both private &amp; corporate clients&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Good commercial sense and business acumen&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Strong work ethic&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Ability to profitably collaborate with the Partners in both operational and representative activities&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Strong communication and organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritise&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Open minded and flexible &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Fluent in English and Italian, with other languages being a plus &lt;br /&gt;
