Our client, a very successful international company is currently looking to appoint a German speaking Account Coordinator for a 9 to 12 months maternity cover. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Responsibilities&lt;br /&gt;
•Responsible for the efficient &amp; effective management of the order to cash process. &lt;br /&gt;
•Develop and maintain good proactive working relationships with customers through telephony and face to face visits. &lt;br /&gt;
•Responsible for thorough month end processes resulting in accurate invoicing &amp; correct stock reporting:&lt;br /&gt;
•Responsible for accurate data entry into SAP during the order process. &lt;br /&gt;
•Proactively seeks to minimise costs and optimise contribution in their role. &lt;br /&gt;
•Interacts with the commercial team, credit, logistics, supply chain, BU and manufacturing site as a team player. &lt;br /&gt;
•Responsible for ensuring that all pricing inputs, invoices, rebates and credit/debit notes are accurate and timely executed. &lt;br /&gt;
•Accountable for maximising contribution from this portfolio of customers either through application of additional charges or improved pricing. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Requirements:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•Excellent communication skills both in English and German are essential &lt;br /&gt;
•Solid experience in customer service and/or account management, financial role &lt;br /&gt;
•Solid knowledge of SAP &lt;br /&gt;
•Must comfortable working in a highly developed IT environment&lt;br /&gt;
•Good numeracy&lt;br /&gt;
•Excel proficient/IT literate&lt;br /&gt;
•They must actively promote a positive team environment and build networks effectively to enhance and share knowledge&lt;br /&gt;
•Influencing skills&lt;br /&gt;
•Self motivated&lt;br /&gt;

- Train the Sales Team on the new product&lt;br /&gt;

Ideal candidates that will succeed within the role of Contractor will:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Have experience of working for a Tour Operator in a similar role having identified and contracted new product&lt;br /&gt;
- Be fluent in on or more European languages specifically French, German, Spanish or Italian&lt;br /&gt;
- Have strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
