We are a successful language teaching company working with freelance trainers all over the world to provide private tuition for numerous languages, but mainly in the UK and Ireland.
That means that we are currently recruiting teachers for all languages and in every area.

We have students (private students and from corporations) who need to learn any language, anytime and anywhere. Thus we organize teachers for them at their offices or their homes. Classes are usually 2 hours each once or twice per week, and can be morning, afternoon or evening, Monday thru Sunday.

How we work:
when we have a student of a specific language and we know when and where he/she wants to study, we ask one of our teachers speaking this language to go and teach. If the timing and location is convenient, we organize the first lesson where both student and teacher get to know each other and plan the rest of the course. Courses are usually for 24 to 60 hours and are usually one-to-one or two-to-one.

We offer excellent rates of pay on a freelance basis, require very little administration or paperwork from you. We will only send you to a student if the location and the time is convenient for you.

We currently have a specific course with the following details:

One of our clients in Wilmslow, SK9 7LN would like to have one-to-one general Japanese tuition. The student has a little knowledge of the language and wishes to start as soon as possible.

Our client in Merseyside are looking for a Multilingual Helpdesk Analyst for a 6 month initial contract. You will be capable of demonstrating good communication skills with particular emphasis on the use of the telephone, we require someone who has fluent verbal and written language skills in English and fluency in ALL of the following languages: NORWEGIAN, SWEDISH AND DANISH
You must be capable of remaining cal and polite in pressurised situations, delivering a professional service whilst dealing with all levels of staff and management in demanding circumstances within a busy environment. You will have proficient knowledge of Microsoft operating systems such as:
- Windows XP, 2000
- MS Office suite
You will record all call details in an online system whilst taking the call, so keyboard skills are essential. Your duties will include:

My client are seeking to recruit an experienced team leader to join their successful and expanding,
International organisation. The ideal candidate must be fluent in at least one other language ideally, Spanish, Italian or Dutch. The main purpose of the role is to maximise the revenue and profitability
through the management, motivation and leadership of the team of 15 account representatives.
The ideal candidate will have solid management/team leader experience in either customer services, debt management or within a claims department.

 Manage a team of Account Representatives and through the effective implementation of agreed strategies and performance management, lead and motivate the team to maximise revenue, profitability and market share positioning.
 Office wide responsibility for all teams in absence of other Operations Team Managers.
 Monitor and coach performance of individuals and take appropriate action to ensure targets, productivity goals and client and company work standards are met.
 Motivate staff to ensure maximum output and revenues.
 Maximise operational efficiencies ensuring actual meets planned resource i.e.: staffing levels.
 Carry out performance reviews for all team executives in accordance with Co guidelines and timeframes.
 Make recommendations to Head of Collections in terms of strategy changes or initiatives.
 Primary day-to-day contact with clients for operational issues.
 Liaison with Administration to ensure timely and accurate input of new business, letter production and closures and resolution of any issues or queries.

 Daily resource allocation and new business distribution to ensure work standards met, and revenue maximised.
