Our client is an international company that is currently looking for a Graduate Sales Executive.&lt;br /&gt;

Role information&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Your will be responsible for the development of all franchisees within your region. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You must be able to conduct business reviews with franchisees to set objectives, analyse progress and check effectiveness of previous plans and tactics.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You must be excellent at spotting what is wrong and rectifying in the field, checking the skill is retained and used forever.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You must be able to train Sales Control and Planning to franchisees, selling benefits and get them to use it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You must co-ordinate and implement product and package launches.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You must co-ordinate and feedback product trial details.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You must be able to Design, implement and monitor local tactics and promotions.&lt;br /&gt;

You must be able to forecast growth of the region for annual budgets.&lt;br /&gt;

You must be able to prepare and run regional meetings, sales launches, presentations, training courses.&lt;br /&gt;

Must be able to present a convincing reason for a change of behaviour, or a call of action. &lt;br /&gt;

Personal Discipline&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Must be smart in appearance.&lt;br /&gt;
	Must time plan effectively and meet all promises to customers.&lt;br /&gt;

	Must stick to the systems and paperwork.&lt;br /&gt;
	Must behave with decorum both with franchisees and internal staff.&lt;br /&gt;

	Must be able to stay calm in any situation.&lt;br /&gt;

Degree qualified, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of electronics design, specification, integration and validation gained within a Tier 1 supplier to the German Automotive Industry.
