They are seeking a Production Co-ordinator with fluent French to join their team. Our client, an international company is currently seeking for an Account Manager for their International Sales.&lt;br /&gt;

Job Role&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To manage the growth and maintenance of the client base into Europe and meet or exceed sales targets in line with the company's ISO 9001:2000 and BS7799-2: 2002 standards. &lt;br /&gt;

Key Tasks/Responsibilities&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Regular cold calling and closing the maximum number of deals.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Manage the complete sale, from making quick and competitive quotes , to invoicing and following up on deliveries. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Actively pursue new business and open new client accounts. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Manage current accounts and develop an extensive knowledge of the clients' requirements and business needs. &lt;br /&gt;

•	Preference: Knowledge of Siebel, Intermediate level Excel/Office/email etc. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Fluency in English and at least one European Language is required (Italian, German, French or Spanish). &lt;br /&gt;

The Role&lt;br /&gt;

The successful candidate will be required to Provide timely and efficient solutions for our clients customers by offering a service that is perceived by our clients customers as world class as well as:&lt;br /&gt;

•	Respond and process requests from customers, and account managers: respond to a variety of incoming calls from customers, key account and account managers. •	Calls prospects and customers proactively to increase and develop business opportunities: Follow-up on requests for samples and ensure they meet the application requirements. Follow-up on quotations and requests for handbooks. Review customer ordering history to solicit new orders, for price advantages and for following-up on lost business. Document all activities and opportunities in Prevail. Follow-through on projects to ensure customer satisfaction&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Provide technical assistance: promote products and services, including eService and technical information to customers and offer applicable product and application solutions. Provide alternative product advice if necessary&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Provide support to the Global Sales Force, Marketing and Business Management Teams: support strategic Marketing and Sales projects including phone follow-up. Help to coordinate external and internal activities&lt;br /&gt;

Candidate Requirements&lt;br /&gt;

•	Customer Service experience, preferably in multi-national organisation&lt;br /&gt;
