•Participate in the engagement with EMEA Field Sales and Country Management via the channel marketing and product marketing teams, to ensure market requirements are understood and captured by marcomm deliverables and manage/negotiate buy-in from as many EMEA countries as possible for any given deliverable&lt;br /&gt;
•Manage the Marcomm Executive and Marcomm Assistant and delegate projects and tasks appropriately&lt;br /&gt;
•Contribute to the team and the functional marketing requirements by taking ownership for the creation and delivery of specific marcomm projects either with an external agency or internally as required&lt;br /&gt;
•Ensure effective communication of marcomm projects with the rest of the marketing team and ensure focus for key projects on the company Intranet&lt;br /&gt;
•Build and maintain a good relationship with the US marketing team to ensure mutual visibility to marketing strategy and projects&lt;br /&gt;
•Drive as much harmonisation as appropriate&lt;br /&gt;
•Management of the EMEA Web strategy, structure and content, working closely with the US webmaster&lt;br /&gt;
•Ensure use of appropriate systems to support the role, such as Purchase Control, Budget reporting and CRM&lt;br /&gt;
•Drive greater ROI focus in our marketing, track and report on results&lt;br /&gt;
•Management and coordination of our participation at events&lt;br /&gt;
•Ad-hoc projects as directed&lt;br /&gt;

THE CANDIDATE:&lt;br /&gt;
•A degree in Business Administration or a marketing related area&lt;br /&gt;
•Experience in either an Advertising Agency or Marketing Department is essential, with strong marcomm emphasis&lt;br /&gt;
•Experience of B2B marketing is essential&lt;br /&gt;
•Experience of B2C marketing is highly desirable&lt;br /&gt;
•High degree of competence using standard productivity applications and experience of the IT industry and its channels are also essential&lt;br /&gt;
•Experience of managing a .com Web site and web based projects and tools&lt;br /&gt;
•Must have strong agency management experience&lt;br /&gt;
•Good understanding of working with foreign languages would be an advantage&lt;br /&gt;
