Summary&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ensures delivery of excellent Customer Service to Global Account Customers and local customers within the Scandinavia Region through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve enquires. First point of customer contact for general enquiries such as part numbers, pricing, lead-times and samples.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Builds and maintains business relationship with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. &lt;br /&gt;
Other duties may be assigned.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Delivery of reliable and professional Customer Service to both internal and external customers. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Answer all enquiries by telephone and e-mail, assisting in resolving issues and concerns or directing customer to appropriate resource.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Works with colleagues outside the Sales Support Department to resolve customer queries and ensures a prompt and agreeable outcome for the customer.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Processes orders using the Oracle system, ensuring close attention to detail.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Resolves any purchase order discrepancies with customer prior to order entry.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Raises Special Quotes and Price Authorisation with consultation of Area and Regional Sales Manager.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Coordinates Sales Administration to be sent to customers, which may include price lists, tradeshow invitations, sales incentives or HID literature.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Arranges product samples on behalf of customers.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Maintains central filing system for all Sales paperwork.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Takes on additional tasks such assisting colleagues during employee leave or heavy workloads.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Attends training as and when required.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Education and/or Experience  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Experience of working within a Sales and/or Customer focused environment, ideally within a technology based organisation.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Excellent administrative and organisational skills&lt;br /&gt;
•	Team Orientated&lt;br /&gt;
•	Proactive&lt;br /&gt;
•	Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing&lt;br /&gt;
•	Enthusiastic and driven to succeed&lt;br /&gt;
•	Proficient user of MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, as well as experience in using computerised system for inputting and accessing data.  &lt;br /&gt;
•	Will be proficient in the English and Swedish languages both verbally and written.&lt;br /&gt;
