The Role

The role is to provide:
Excellent customer service to internal and external customers and proactively seeking opportunities to improve and develop the finance target,
Organize invoicing, debt collection, payment collection, credit notes & preparing remittances,
Maintaining you own ledger and handle paper work in a timely and accurate manner.
Managing information or general administration support (eg: respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone)
Financial budgeting and control with the help of the Sales director
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
Assist the Sales representatives in price negotiation with clients
Analyse and interpret financial statistics and other data and produce relevant reports.
Business and financial strategy will need to be planning, monitoring, management and reporting,

The Requirements

French speaking is highly desirable
Have an experience of 3-12 month sales administrator within the food/foodservice,
To be able to demonstrate professionalism and outstanding customer service both internally and externally
Flexibility with the ability to meet strict targets and deadlines
Initiative - an ability to self task/motivate and monitor
Excellent communicator as you will be liaising with international offices as well as clients, supplier and team.
Speed and accuracy in completion of tasks, consistency in managing repetitive situations.
You will have a strong IT skills with a can-do attitude and a focus to detail.
