Dutch or German Speaking Customer Service &lt;br /&gt;

My client is a well established company that is looking for Dutch or German Speaking Customer Service.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Location: Norfolk&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Job Purpose&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ensure that they fully understand the customers’ needs and are able to communicate these to relevant departments.&lt;br /&gt;
Drive orders through the system and manage and the Customer’s orders allocated, and assist with the orders of other team members as required.         		&lt;br /&gt;
Communicate with customers and specifiers to ensure that orders are delivered on time, and in the shortest achievable lead-time.&lt;br /&gt;
Where appropriate to obtain quotes from internal departments to answer customer enquiries.&lt;br /&gt;
Handle repeat orders to ensure goods match previous orders.&lt;br /&gt;
Delivery PDF proofs samples and pre-production samples as required.&lt;br /&gt;
Ensure that all orders that fall below the margins in Company Guidelines are referred to the Customer Service Manager.&lt;br /&gt;
Assist when required with the collation of Customer Service Performance Measures.&lt;br /&gt;
Record details of quality and customer complaints to assist with the improvement of the company.&lt;br /&gt;
Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, whilst building maintaining a professional relationship with customers.&lt;br /&gt;
Deal effectively and quickly with incoming quote enquiries or queries about orders. Follows up quotes to maximise conversion ratios.&lt;br /&gt;
Proactively seeks to develop personal relationships with clients, by building trust and by understanding individual customer needs, and ensuring that our promises are kept.&lt;br /&gt;
Ensure all e-mailed correspondence with customers is both accurate and timely, and that all significant conversations are confirmed by e-mail.&lt;br /&gt;
Deal effectively and sympathetically with customer complaints.&lt;br /&gt;
Keep the customer informed on a regular basis about order progress and in particular changes to the delivery schedule.&lt;br /&gt;
Attend and staff exhibitions and roadshows as required from time to time, and ensure all contacts are followed up. &lt;br /&gt;
Maintain a professional relationship with the specifiers.&lt;br /&gt;
Ensure proofs and pre-production samples, (and Proforma Invoices where appropriate) are received from specifiers in correct timescale.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Requirement &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6-12 months customer service experience&lt;br /&gt;
Fluency in English and Dutch or German&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Starting salary between £16,500 – £17,800 (depending on experience)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
