The corporate actions department is within global custody operations and deals with corporate events that affect client\'s shareholding. The corporate actions for custody for Amsterdam are processed from London. This role will require daily interaction with various issuing agents in Amsterdam, the Dutch market depository and other departments in Amsterdam, Dublin and London.&lt;br /&gt;

Key Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;
•Reconcile and action all corporate actions when required.&lt;br /&gt;

Our client, an international organisation is currently recruiting a Dutch speaking Credit Analyst  for its HQ office based in Essex (East of London).  This is a permanent position and is to start as soon as possible.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Job Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
- Complete credit reviews on accounts using detailed financial statement analysis, credit bureau reports, sector analysis, and other third party information.&lt;br /&gt;
- Complete on timely basis credit review follow-ups, credit rating upgrades/downgrades, and required sign-offs. &lt;br /&gt;
- Monitor and manage a portfolio of high-risk accounts.  &lt;br /&gt;
- Working closely with senior management, formulate and implement risk mitigation strategies on problem accounts.  &lt;br /&gt;
- Implement risk strategies with bank partners and merchants.  Visit a number of problem accounts to audit and/or gather information. &lt;br /&gt;
- Produce Credit Watch documentation and various management reporting packs each month - ensure integrity, reliability and timeliness.    &lt;br /&gt;
- Identify process improvements and streamlining opportunities whilst maintaining high level of consistency with relevant standards.&lt;br /&gt;
- Maintain integrity and reliability of function-related systems.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Candidate Requirements:&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
- Experience in credit analysis. &lt;br /&gt;
- Excellent analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.&lt;br /&gt;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.&lt;br /&gt;
- Formal credit training or certification preferred.&lt;br /&gt;
- Detail orientated.&lt;br /&gt;
- Relevant education/degree.&lt;br /&gt;
- Acquiring experience a plus, but not required.&lt;br /&gt;
- High level of proficiency with personal computers and standard software applications.&lt;br /&gt;
- Dutch Language essential&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Package: - Up to £30k + bonus + benefits&lt;br /&gt;
