· Solid professional PA experience, within arts sectors would be beneficial but not essential&lt;br /&gt;
· Ability &amp; desire to coordinate business AND private activities and schedules, develop office procedures and systems whilst ensuring efficient and smooth running of operations&lt;br /&gt;

They are currently recruiting for experienced team secretaries with fluency in English and minimum one other EU language for their HQ based in Canary Wharf, London. &lt;br /&gt;

TYPICAL JOB DUTIES: &lt;br /&gt;

- Preparation of presentations/ slides for internal/ external meetings and conferences. &lt;br /&gt;
- Preparation and follow-up of travel itineraries including completion of relevant forms, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation, expenses etc. &lt;br /&gt;
- Contribution to management of Master files, ADRs and databases. &lt;br /&gt;
- Entering paper information for the whole sector into the in-house database. &lt;br /&gt;

REQUIREMENTS &lt;br /&gt;
Fluency in minimum one of the following EU languages is essential: &lt;br /&gt;
German/French/Spanish/Italian/ Dutch/Portuguese / Swedish/Danish/ Finnish/Greek/Hungarian/ Czech/ Slovak/Polish/ Estonian/ Lithuanian/Latvian/Slovenian/ Maltese/Romanian/ Bulgarian &lt;br /&gt;
Proven secretarial experience, ideally in a team environment (this is not a PA role) &lt;br /&gt;
UK based secretarial experience is highly desirable&lt;br /&gt;
Good MS Office skills with advanced MS Word for formatting and editing of  documents, good typing skills (min 45 wpm) &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Candidates should be EU passport holders and educated to A level equivalent standard. &lt;br /&gt;
Candidates will be required to provide a copy of their school leaving diploma BEFORE their application can be submitted to the client. &lt;br /&gt;

Hourly rates in the region of £12 - 14 per hour + Holiday Pay. Permanent salary from £24 - 30K. &lt;br /&gt;
