THE ROLE:&lt;br /&gt;

We are recruiting for two positions: for the German and French markets. Both are initially for a six month contract but with a view to making them full time positions given the right candidate and progression. We would consider outstanding candidates fresh from university, or those with more experience behind them, particularly if its within a relevant role.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Were looking for good all rounders. You will need to combine excellent written skills with a head for business. You will also need to diligently follow procedures at times but also be able to see the bigger picture and make changes where needed.&lt;br /&gt;

DUTIES:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 Setting-up and managing Pay-Per-Click accounts in search engine networks including Google, MSN, and Yahoo&lt;br /&gt;
 Conducting search terms research &amp; analysis&lt;br /&gt;
 Reviewing programme terms and conditions&lt;br /&gt;
 Writing sharp ad text and managing website content&lt;br /&gt;
 Optimising campaigns and managing bids to maximise ROI&lt;br /&gt;
 Liaising and building relationships with network account Managers and merchants&lt;br /&gt;
 Management of campaigns in other traffic channels&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, STRENGTHS AND EXPERIENCE&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 Fluency in French or German.&lt;br /&gt;
 Organised and self motivated&lt;br /&gt;
 Time management skills: able to prioritise and work well under pressure. &lt;br /&gt;
 Ability to follow procedures but think creatively as and when the situation requires. &lt;br /&gt;
 Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications&lt;br /&gt;
 Analytical approach to work.&lt;br /&gt;
 Excellent attention to detail. &lt;br /&gt;
 Excellent communication skills both oral and written. &lt;br /&gt;
 Ability to work as a part of a team, contributing and sharing best practices/knowledge/resources and ideas&lt;br /&gt;
 Ability to acquire the Google advertising professional qualification&lt;br /&gt;
 Ability to use email and Internet applications&lt;br /&gt;
 Capable of recognising problems and, with support, demonstrating a hands on approach to problem solving&lt;br /&gt;
 Ability to cope with conflicting demands and to prioritise tasks&lt;br /&gt;
 Ability to apply numerical skills to analyse data, interpreting facts and figures.&lt;br /&gt;

PREFERRED SKILLS, STRENGTHS AND EXPERIENCE:&lt;br /&gt;
