The Company&lt;br /&gt;

Our client, an international company is currently seeking for an Account Manager for their International Sales team base in Gloucestershire.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Job Role&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Extend and manager our clients customers in Europe and to hit and overachieve on sales targets in line with the company's ISO standards.&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
Key Tasks/Responsibilities&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Cold calling to take on new clients.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Account manage sale, from providing competitive quotes, invoicing and delivery follow up. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Manage existing client accounts, ensuring you liaise with clients regularly and keep them up to date on changes. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Communicate consistently with Purchasing, Finance, and Product Managers to ensure smooth sales.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Adhere to Company QMS. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Help the client with any returns and credit control as and when required. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The Candidate&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Knowledge of IT package: Siebel&lt;br /&gt;
•	Have experience in selling Cisco Products&lt;br /&gt;
•	Fluency in English and at least one of these European languages is required:&lt;br /&gt;
o	German, Swedish, Danish, Russian or Czech &lt;br /&gt;
•	Motivation and Enthusiasm is the key to be successful, &lt;br /&gt;
•	Driven by targets.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Ability to adopt a positive attitude, work on own initiative and as part of a team. As well as to work under pressure.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Have a professional and polite manner on the telephone.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Competitive by nature.&lt;br /&gt;
Salary: £15k to £30k (depending on experience) + commission.&lt;br /&gt;

The successful candidate will be technically qualified in an engineering discipline and will be an outstanding communicator. Foreign language skills are highly desirable (French, German, Spanish or Arabic) as is the ability to travel extensively.
