Role
If you are German speaker with strong French you will be working as a service sales specialist. You will be building and maintaining strong relationships with the company\'s clients at all levels. Your role will be to contact the company\'s clients, based in the French and German speaking countries in Europe and negotiate their services contracts, in French and German, when they come up for renewal. You will also be providing them with Renewal quotes and hence increasing the local service business and a lot more�

Profile
We are looking for an excellent communicator with ideally fluent German, French and English. Customer oriented, with some commercial or sales/telesales experience, able to recognise business opportunities, ready to use his/her own initiative in a proactive way, looking to be part of a successful multinational company�.

You will be making outbound calls, identifying and qualifying leads for the German field sales team which involves cold calls in addition to working from databases, working to targets and supporting the sales engineers and following up on marketing initiatives.

Our Client, an International company, is seeking to appoint a German speaking Customer Service Coordinator to work for their dynamic and successful Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be reporting to the European Customer Service Manager and work very closely with the local sales offices, finance and supply chain departments.

Key Responsibilities:

� First point of contact for customers to determine their requirements and then assign appropriate resource to ensure customers\' requirements are met.
� Develop positive and strong customer relationships internally and externally.
� Transacting Order to Cash activities in Oracle, placing orders, monitoring the shipment/delivery and invoicing in a timely and correct fashion.
� Pro-actively provide quotes for contract sales to ensure smooth running and timely renewals.
� Verifying service maintenance contracts (sometimes in conjunction with solicitors) to ensure they meet the company\'s and customer\'s requirements.
� Co-ordinate service engineer despatch on a daily basis to best utilise internal resources and provide excellent customer service.
� Provide written quotes for time and material customers.
� Maintaining database of contracts, machine and part sales.
Liaising with service engineers to ensure completed jobs and parts are invoiced in Oracle.
� Co-ordinate and monitor efficient and correct parts distribution and timely invoicing.
� Adhere to company policies, documentation and controls in relation to sales order processes in accordance with local and international requirements (includes US Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance).
� To provide support to other team members and fulfil any reasonable management request.
� Constructively and pro-actively participate in the improvement of service delivery and processes.

Qualifications (essential):
� Educated to at least GCSE (or equivalent).
� Must speak fluent English AND German.
� Working knowledge of daily order management and international logistics processes.
� Understanding of purchasing law (contracts).
� Experience of working with a 3rd party logistics partner.
� Experience of working in a multi-national environment (preferably of a US parent), within a sales & service business.
� Hands on approach to working with an integrated ERP system (preferably Oracle).
� Proven problem solving skills and pro-actively looking for solutions.
� Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
