As a German/English Customer Support/Helpdesk Advisor you will be a key member of the technical support team, and will be responsible for:&lt;br /&gt;

•	1st line telephone and email technical support to a wide customer base&lt;br /&gt;
•	Problem solving with the customers to bring about a speedy resolution to their enquiries. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Maintaining a detailed history on the Call Management System of all issues reported to customer support. &lt;br /&gt;

To be successful as a German/English Customer Support/Helpdesk Advisor you will:&lt;br /&gt;

•	Be fluent in German and English&lt;br /&gt;
•	Have good working knowledge of PC configuration and Windows operating systems &lt;br /&gt;
•	Have previous helpdesk experience&lt;br /&gt;

•	Be enthusiastic and highly motivated &lt;br /&gt;
•	Possess excellent communication skills&lt;br /&gt;

The Finance Assistant will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary of up to GBP GBP17,000.00 along with 20 days holiday, rising to 25 days after 1 year alongside excellent working hours of Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm, fee car parking, child care vouchers and other additional benefits. The successful Finance Assistant will be working for a leading Travel Company within their Finance team at their modern state of the art offices just outside Blackpool and close to motorway networks.&lt;br /&gt;

Within the role of Finance Assistant you will  &lt;br /&gt;

- Authorise and code all foreign currency invoices against contracted rates and investigate any discrepancies&lt;br /&gt;
- Deal with suppliers by phone, fax or email reconciling and investigating supplier accounts&lt;br /&gt;
- Code and input all foreign invoice details to allow for payment to be made using the Sage accounts package&lt;br /&gt;
- Produce foreign payment runs - raising foreign bank account cheques and processing BACS payments&lt;br /&gt;
- Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Individuals that would be ideal for the Finance Assistant role will be able to demonstrate&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- A sound understanding of accounts procedures and computerised accounts packages&lt;br /&gt;
- Strong organisational skills&lt;br /&gt;
- Previous work experience of dealing with foreign currencies/invoicing&lt;br /&gt;
- The ability to speak in a European language - French/German/Spanish (Desirable)&lt;br /&gt;
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail&lt;br /&gt;
