The position of the Candidate Care Consultant will be to manage and facilitate all post sales functions within Penta Consulting telecoms key account division. With a huge global presence this will provide the right candidates opportunities to liaise with varying cultures and nationalities along with exposure to global commercial and logistic activities.

Responsibilities will include, but will have variation and not limited to the following:

Commercial Process

1. Responsible for verifying commercial agreements prior to the deployment process of contractors with Key Account Managers / Candidate Consultant and internal support functions.
2. Responsible for the transfer of key commercial data to internal databases

Candidate Contact

1. To manage and liaise with international contractors on the issuing of contracts, the client induction process, and contractor employment needs and information that maybe requested, this will include visa documentation and travel logistics.
2. Ensuring that procedures and processes are correctly applied and adhered by consultants during their employment.

Travel Arrangements

1. Responsible for international contractor flights and travel clarification.
2. Responsible for liaising with travel companies and agreements up-to client approval level.
3. Responsible for ensuring client agreements for contractor travel arrangements.
4. Responsible for client pre-approval of all quotes
5. Managing the deployment process of international contractors on behalf of our consultants within the international telecommunication department, to include Flights bookings, Car rental bookings, and hotel bookings.

Visa Co-ordination

1. To assess and determine visa needs
2. To manage and provide all requested documentation for visa�s by liaising with the client to obtain relevant documentation for applications on time,
3. To create and update internal documentation needed to assist with visa application processes
4. To liaise with embassies on international contractor visa applications which will include speaking to consol and ambassadors when required to speed up application process.

Health � Insurance Co-ordination

1. Conferring with contractors to ascertain if they have sufficient health insurance levels in place, if so tracking proof of insurance.

Assisting Candidate Care Manager:

1. Assisting the Candidate Care Manager on a daily basis with all Key Accounts activities.

Ideal candidates will preferably be educated to Degree or equivalent level and have 3+ years experience within an office environment. Mandatory language skills inclusive of French as a minimum but desirably, Spanish, German and Italian. The role requires excellent inter-personal and communication skills (both verbal and written) along with a degree of flexibility around working hours as Penta� business operates firmly on the basis of service delivery and a �can do� attitude.
