A role has arisen for a bilingual French and English speaking PA to work for a medium sized Property Development company in the West End.   You will be responsible for providing secretarial support to two Project Directors.  You will also be required to share reception duties with the other PA in order to assist clients and deal with telephone queries to the company.    There is also the opportunity for occasional travel to France however if the successful candidate does not wish to travel to France this is no problem.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Duties include and not limited to:  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
International travel arrangements&lt;br /&gt;
Diary management&lt;br /&gt;
Filing of architectural documents&lt;br /&gt;
Typing business correspondence in both French and English&lt;br /&gt;
Translations in French and English&lt;br /&gt;
Dealing with telephone queries&lt;br /&gt;
Expense management &lt;br /&gt;
Setting up business meetings&lt;br /&gt;
Dealing with clients when they come to the London office &lt;br /&gt;
Reception cover as and when needed&lt;br /&gt;
