The role would suit a deadline conscious person with excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to prioritise a hectic workload. Good teamworking skills and a sense of humour are also required.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The job requires you to liaise between our in-house design team and advertisers to ensure their artwork is supplied to the directory's specified deadline and to the client's requirements. This will involve calling clients worldwide, to non english speakers and chasing artwork, checking phone numbers, websites, taking amendments.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Other tasks will include chasing outstanding invoices, database input and general administration.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You will possess a keen attention to detail and a real desire to offer the highest standard of customer service.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Some knowledge/experience of directory or magazine advertising production and artwork specifications would be highly desirable as will (but not essential) fluency in at least two of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French and English. &lt;br /&gt;
