Our client is a large international business and has its European Customer Service Centre in Oxfordshire. This team provides comprehensive order processing and follow-up services to all customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa. They are currently recruiting an Italian Customer Service Coordinator (with intermediate French).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The role is to provide order to cash process administration, customer liaison and relationship building, accurate data entry and will involve liaising internally and externally with Sales, Planning, Plants and Suppliers (hauliers, freight forwarders).  It will also be to provide accurate invoicing and coordination of receivables, to support sales account managers in following up on overdues and participate (if applicable) in sales account team activities including continuous improvement projects and handle complaints.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Candidates must have strong attention to detail, excellent problem solving, organisational and team working abilities.  You will be able to communicate clearly and professionally, build relationships and work well under pressure.  Strong IT skills (including MS office and SAP) are also a must.  This is a very international team where fluent Italian language skills are essential, together with a good level of French. &lt;br /&gt;

Multilingual Operations Assistant&lt;br /&gt;

My client is a well established travel agency. They are looking for a multilingual Operations assistant.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Key Responsibilities: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Operations:&lt;br /&gt;
•Recruitment of Tour Consultants (sending application forms / scheduling interviews / reject and acceptance letters to applicants).&lt;br /&gt;
•Organisation of TC Meetings and Training Conference for new TCs, including venue arrangements / preparation of materials and post meeting administration&lt;br /&gt;
•Support and point-of-contact for TCs (on both escorted and independent trips).&lt;br /&gt;
TC travel arrangements (flights for longhaul) and Vehicle Hire &lt;br /&gt;
•Maintaining the vehicle database, inputting diesel transactions, service histories, suppliers etc for each / van and country we work in. Processing and following up issues on Vehicle Reports from TCs&lt;br /&gt;
•Vehicle Fleet Management (Mercedes Minibuses and Citroen Berlingos)&lt;br /&gt;
Liaising with the Company's vehicle supplier on leasing vehicles, storing vans over the winter, MOT's, taxing etc. Also transfer of vehicles to and from supplier's premises as they arrive in or leave the country.&lt;br /&gt;
•Liaison with Insurance company in the event of any claims. This involves chasing accident report forms, liaison with TCs/foreign garages for quotes and prices, third parties and the Company's insurers. Notifications of insurance excess charged to TCs arising from scrapes and accidents. Payment of foreign garages through bonificos and foreign currency cheques&lt;br /&gt;
•Analysing TC assessment questionnaires for office&lt;br /&gt;
•Operational Management of Equipment for both escorted and independent programmes: picnic kits, uniforms, X-mas presents, First Aid boxes, Forms for TCs &lt;br /&gt;
•Maintenance of accurate information / lists: TC database, TC trip knowledge, TC availability / TC Homepage&lt;br /&gt;
•Miscellaneous correspondence with TCs / Forwarding mail that arrives for TCs&lt;br /&gt;
•Travel abroad: vehicle logistics or work on adhoc trips as Manager/Leader/Route Manager&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
Office:&lt;br /&gt;
•Assist General Manager with general office administration, including:&lt;br /&gt;
Liaison with office suppliers / Office Staff recruitment and inductions / Language assistance to other departments within the office as required.&lt;br /&gt;
•Assisting other departments outside peak Operations times, projects could include collating trip information for brochures, proof reading brochures, updating trip notes and other trip related projects.&lt;br /&gt;

Requirements for the role:&lt;br /&gt;

Good office / admin skills&lt;br /&gt;
Good organisational skills&lt;br /&gt;
Good knowledge of European geography and willingness to gain product knowledge.&lt;br /&gt;

This may involve travel to visit hotels across our programme (to resolve any contractual or other problems, or to carry out thorough property inspections) as and when required. • Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure that ATG’s contracting specifications are met in these areas.&lt;br /&gt;
• Ensure that all arrival dates are booked with hoteliers and restaurateurs two years in advance. Dates must be requested by 31st January.&lt;br /&gt;
• Load and regularly update all room costs and prices and room inventory into CRS by agreed deadlines. &lt;br /&gt;
• Ensure that payment details with contracted hotels are confirmed and that this is input in the computer system to ensure that the accounts department is supplied with accurate information.&lt;br /&gt;
