They are currently recruiting 2UK Team Leaders to manage teams of 10 IT telemarketers.

Candidates MUST speak fluent ENGLISH and have experience and success in at least 7 of the following competencies.

1. Demonstrated experience of working in an appointment setting call centre
2. Demonstrated experience in a telemarketing, lead generation and profiling role.
3. Demonstrated experience of driving a target driven team with team leader i.e. coaching/ mentoring a team towards specific goals and knowledge of the performance management process.
4. Demonstrated experience of working in a business-business call centre.
5. Knowledge of managing a project
6 Advanced MS Office
7. Experience of working in the telecoms industry
8. Commercial awareness and demonstrated knowledge of budgets and P&L accounts
