Job Overview: Assume responsibility for the growth and development of the business�s brands in the German language markets and the French language markets

Key Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for ensuring company sales targets are being met in the German language markets or the French language markets, through the management of the following areas:

� Assist in the management of existing online advertising programs and identification and development of new advertising opportunities.

� Managing German language or French language partner programs both maintaining existing relationships and identifying and developing new partnership.

� Maintaining and developing the content of French or German languages websites.

� Improving the positioning of the French or German language websites on the major search engines through implementing the companies Search Engine Optimisation strategy

� Assisting the Email Marketing Manager in tailoring the customer communication strategy to the French or German speaking markets

� Provide clear reporting on areas performance on a regular basis & agree ongoing strategy with Sales & Marketing Director as required

Key Skills/Attributes Required:

� Complete written and verbal fluency in French or German English

� High level of IT Literacy

� Degree Level education or Relevent alternative experience

� Self Motivated and target driven

Role

Customer Service Agents need to contact the Hotel booking support desk in order to solve any issue that might occur when booking a hotel.
The Hotel booking support agent will answer with accuracy and efficiency to requests made by phone or e-mail by the customer Service agents in Europe. This role will provide an interface between hoteliers and the partner of our client whenever necessary. The role will also perform Quality Control on bookings.

Responsibilities

Support our client�s Customer Service Agents in Europe by phone or e-mail in selling hotels on our client�s website
Upon requests by phone from Customer Service Agents, execute certain transactions directly in the back-end system : partial modification, partial refund, special bookings
Handle with hotels service issues (for example overbooking) or special service requests
Handle post-trip complaints in liaison with the support organization
Perform quality control on bookings in the back-end system

Skills

Ability to analyze requests and solve problems with efficiency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to details, keen to solve problems
Preferably, knowledge of the hotel industry and booking procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
