Invoice processing team within the Accounts Payable function

Key tasks and duties:

The main area of responsibility would be within the AP invoice processing team, ensuring the team deliver our service level agreements.
The key duties are to process all AP invoices with input and accuracy targets that are set ensuring the team maintain green traffic light rating.
Maintaining parked items and following through with customer focal points to resolution.
Manage the daily mail receipt and prepare for scanning.
Record all invoices returned to suppliers due to invoice not being RTP compliant.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Follow defined work processes to ensure effective delivery of Service Call Management, Field Engineer Dispatching and Back Office Processes
Respond appropriately to telephone calls, emails, faxes and postal queries from both internal and external customers
Log, dispatch and monitor service calls in Service Management System in accordance with company process
Use appropriate communication methods to fully determine and understand customer needs and take appropriate action to resolve customer queries
As necessary pass queries to higher-level assistance
Respond to the customer�s needs, questions and concerns in an accurate and timely manner
Check status of calls to ensure call completion
Provide backup for remainder of team where necessary
Resolve and/or escalate out of hours issues with limited support available

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Finnish
Knowledge of MS Desktop packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Customer/Management care experience
Contact centre or field service operations & development experience
Self motivated and prepared to take full ownership of activities
Good data capture
Able to work effectively within a team
