THE JOB &lt;br /&gt;

The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing revenue through telephone and email contact with end users and partnering with all relevant contacts to achieve revenue targets for sales within their given allocation. &lt;br /&gt;
A list of Named Accounts will be provided covering a specific region for the ISAM to work on and potentially a geographical territory to cover. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In this role the ISAM will NOT be taking orders directly from end users but will work with Cisco Resellers and Partners who will quote and supply the end user. It is therefore important that a successful ISAM has an understanding of the Chanel model and ideally experience of working with partners. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Key Skills Required: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fluent Dutch speaker/writer with excellent English (all training is conducted in English). &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 Ability to develop relationships with end user decision makers, understands their Service Support requirements, define solutions which Cisco can offer to meet these requirements and sell value proposition &lt;br /&gt;
 Knowledge of Cisco competitors and the ability to position Cisco against the competition wherever appropriate &lt;br /&gt;
 Accurate forecasting skills, as each ISAM must produce a weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast which is submitted to the senior management team within Cisco. &lt;br /&gt;
 Experienced user of MS Office applications &lt;br /&gt;
 Previous usage of Contact Management Systems &lt;br /&gt;
 Previous usage of web based applications &lt;br /&gt;
 Knowledge of IT industry &lt;br /&gt;
 Formal sales training history &lt;br /&gt;
 Previous experience in a target carrying role and the ability to demonstrate a successful track record of achievement against targets &lt;br /&gt;
 Knowledge or experience of selling through channels &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Qualities: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 Articulate telephone manner &lt;br /&gt;
 Power of persuasion and the ability to overcome objections &lt;br /&gt;
 Good communication and listening skills &lt;br /&gt;
 Aptitude for learning &lt;br /&gt;
 Ambition and the will to succeed &lt;br /&gt;
 Good work ethic, reliability, punctuality, integrity &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
