Service Sales Specialist with fluent French AND Dutch

Leading documentation and printing company dealing with Dutch and French speaking customers. A fantastic opportunity to work in a fully international team, with training and support and a chance of a permanent contract. The international team maintains all European customers.

Role
Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls.
Introducing new products and selling new services to existing clients.
Proactive selling of annual and extended contracts.
Actively participate in proactive selling programmes to improve contract take up rates with clients.
Build and maintain effective relationships with Belgian clients.
Telesales and telemarketing clients in Dutch/Flemish and French.

Profile
Fluency in Dutch/Flemish AND French is essential
Experience working in a customer service / sales environment considered a bonus.
Telesales or telemarketing experience an advantage
Experience of working in a fast-moving, changing environment would also be desirable.

Customer Support Assistant with Dutch
As a customer service assistant with Dutch you will effectively manage all Dutch commercial business customer contacts. The new Customer Support Assistant with Dutch provides back up support for the helpline group during busy periods. The Customer Service Assistant with Dutch will work closely with colleagues in several departments. As the new Customer Service Assistant with Dutch you will be in contact with both our internal and external customers to ensure that we constantly deliver a high standard of service and that all expectations are met.

Profile
. Fluent in Dutch and English
. Educated to A level standard and or NVQ level 3 would be an advantage but not essential
