As The Customer Service Team Leader you will be responsible for the day to day supervision and efficient running of a team of Customer Service Agents.

My client is looking for a dynamic individual who will go the extra mile to offer assistance and guidance to team members to help ensure that departmental order processing and query resolution service levels are maintained at all times particularly during peak periods, holidays, sickness and other periods of absence.
Your duties will also include dealings with customers and third party providers and internal staff
This is a varied and interesting role, good time management is essential as is 3 years customer service experience with proven leadership skills.

They are looking to centralise their accounts team to the UK.
They are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk with English and Fluent Swiss or German.
This is a permanent position paying up to �18,000 per annum.
Duties will include:
Invoice Processing
Maintenance of the Accounts Payable Ledger
Statement Reconciliations
Preparation of Payment Schedules
Liaison with Suppliers
Reconciliation of Supplier Accounts
Other ad hoc accounting duties

Our client within the manufacturing sector is now seeking an experienced Accounts Payable clerk with fluent German or Swiss and English to join their team in Oxfordshire.

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working within a team of 16, this fast paced and varied role will include processsing of invoices, preparation of reconciliations and payment schedules, liasing with suppliers, together with general office administration duties as required.

You must have fluent German or Swiss and English both written and spoken, be educated to A level or equivalent with proven AP experience, be a confident user of Excel, be able to work to strict deadlines and on your own initiative. Acute attention to detail is paramount. Some knowledge and use of Oracle is highly desirable although not essential, as comprehensive training will be given.
