Based in the UK Office near Gatwick airport, and working as a key member supporting our Customer Care team, this person will be responsible for providing professional customer support as well as assisting our Field Sales and Service teams. &lt;br /&gt;

Responsibilities will include processing orders in an accurate and timely manner, customer support by telephone, fax and e-mail, handling customer enquiries, assisting with tenders, contracts and quotations as well as providing support for other service related processes.&lt;br /&gt;

The successful applicant will have considerable previous Customer Care experience in a commercial office environment and will possess an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
