We are currently looking to recruit a permanent Customer Care Representative for our Customer Care teams here at QIAGEN.

Based in the UK Office near Gatwick airport, and working as a key member supporting our Customer Care team, this person will be responsible for providing professional customer support as well as assisting our Field Sales and Service teams.

Responsibilities will include processing orders in an accurate and timely manner, customer support by telephone, fax and e-mail, handling customer enquiries, assisting with tenders, contracts and quotations as well as providing support for other service related processes.

The successful applicant will have considerable previous Customer Care experience in a commercial office environment and will possess an excellent telephone manner and communication skills. A familiarity with standard office software is also essential and preferably a working knowledge of SAP. A basic knowledge of molecular handling will be an advantage to any applicant.

Please note that dual language skills would be ideal and we would welcome applications from native Nordic language speakers who are fluent in English.

Due to their growth they are now recruiting a Scandinavian Trainee Business Developer to join their team in Hammersmith offices. Your role as a Scandinavian Trainee Business Developer will involve working with Scandinavian market, identifying and creating opportunities for the sale of services and solutions as well as maintaining a profitable relationship with existing clients. The role involves new Business, Account Management as well as taking part in conferences so it is more than just another telephone sales role!!!

Ideal candidates need to speak fluent DANISH, NORWEGIAN or SWEDISH, be self motivated, confident, money driven and with the can do attitude. As this is a trainee role you DO NOT need to have experience.
