This is an excellent opportunity to join this rapidly growing games company in the Localised Player Support Team working with both English and a language correspondence including Dutch, Finish & Swedish and Norwegian & Danish.

Jagex Ltd, developer and publisher of the massively multiplayer online adventure game RuneScape and newly released mini-games portal FunOrb, is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic people to join the Localised Player Support Team.

In our fast paced & energetic online games company, you'll be part of a large team helping to support our players online in every step of their journey and there's plenty of them, so you could be dealing with anything from billing queries to how to fight dragons!

Key duties include
 Engage with Jagex online gaming community and provide support and assistance by helping to manage the moderators, answer queries, investigating complaints, solve issues, and review offence appeals in both a select language and English;
 Assist with billing, community safety and forum issues;
 Ensure the maintenance of chat filters are maintained and offensive names.
 Work with our Investigation Unit to enforce copyright infringement.

Essential requirements
 A passion for the community and customer service;
 Extremely proficient in either Dutch, Finish & Swedish or Norwegian & Danish;
 Very strong English skills, both written and spoken;
 Excellent computer literacy with good keyboard skills;
 Ability to show good initiative, judgement & excellent attention to detail;
 Availability to work a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

Also useful
 Customer support background;
 An interest in online role playing games.

They are currently looking for Spanish/Dutch/Danish Games Testers to join their rapidly expanding Testing department.

They have centralised their European Customer Service and Financial Shared Service operations into the South of England. This operation is responsible for over 1 million customers and �6bn worth of annual sales.

Role: Due to customer demands new positions have been created to support their European customers. Their European CS Team is responsible for managing the needs of their English, Irish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish and Greek customers. Customer service representatives are responsible for a particular market and support the needs of their corporate customers in that region. You will take between 20-40 calls per day and troubleshoot the needs of your customers. In addition you will process customer orders, respond to ad hoc queries and develop your relationship with your customers.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess fluency in Danish with customer service or client facing skills. Experience of working in a professional work environment will be an advantage as you will be joining a major employer in the South of England.
