In any normal working day you will be taking calls from China, Nepal, Finland, South Africa, the UK, or from anywhere in the world, and undertaking the necessary steps to turn every customer query to a satisfactory conclusion. This job will require individuals that can think on their feet, that have good problem solving skills, attention to detail and that are willing to go the extra mile in order to help customers with their problems.&lt;br /&gt;

Working hours vary from day shifts, night shifts and the odd weekend. However, candidates MUST show flexibility and be able to work in all the different shift patterns. &lt;br /&gt;

Your communications skills are essential for this role; your written and spoken English have to be to a native standard. The company offers a starting salary of £19,500 per annum along with an excellent package. The salary is reviewed and increased twice a year depending on individual performance. &lt;br /&gt;
