Our client is a well established international company and is currently looking for talented individuals to join their International Customer Service Team based in London.

The role is to provide support services to clients in both the UK and worldwide via the telephone and email. The environment is forward-thinking and fast paced with a culture that prides itself on providing outstanding level of service to clients.

In any normal working day you will be taking calls from China, Nepal, Finland, South Africa, the UK, or from anywhere in the world, and undertaking the necessary steps to turn every customer query to a satisfactory conclusion. This job will require individuals that can think on their feet, that have good problem solving skills, attention to detail and that are willing to go the extra mile in order to help customers with their problems.

Working hours vary from day shifts, night shifts and the odd weekend. However, candidates MUST show flexibility and be able to work in all the different shift patterns.

Your communications skills are essential for this role; your written and spoken English have to be to a native standard. As the company operates globally, a second language in addition to your English will be required. This is a telephone based role and an excellent telephone manner is required. Candidates with no telephone based experience but with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude will also be considered for the position.

The company offers a starting salary of �19,500 per annum along with an excellent package. The salary is reviewed and increased twice a year depending on individual performance.

Reporting to the European Financial Controller, this is an extremely exciting position in a newly formed team. This position provides leadership and closing coordination of the financial affairs of two or more allocated businesses and manages the preparation and reporting of the financial results of those operations under US GAAP.

The role will include:

� Coordinate the monthly close and consolidation of all allocated subsidiaries based in the Region with a focus on legal entity level reporting
� Prepare monthly closing check list; monthly representation letters; Quarterly VP Representation letter; all assessments under US GAAP
� Collaborate with Country Managers / Business leaders in providing assessment of performance of accounting staff at the businesses. Collaborate with Country Managers in hiring decisions for accounting positions at the businesses. Align goals between local business requirements and accounting.
� Direct financial audits with local auditors and provide recommendations for internal control improvements.
� Fluent Czech is essential to this role.
