KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (Fluent Czech)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Education: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Qualification in Business or Marketing strongly preferred.&lt;br /&gt;
Excellent written and spoken English / Czech are essential.&lt;br /&gt;
Mechanical Engineering degree is desirable.&lt;br /&gt;
Computer literate (Microsoft Office suite)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Experience: &lt;br /&gt;
A minimum of five (5) years experience in a sales / sales engineering role is required. &lt;br /&gt;
Experience with sales or engineering in turbo-machinery applications (pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.)&lt;br /&gt;

Profile: Dedicated to Customer Service.&lt;br /&gt;
Commercial &amp; cultural awareness.&lt;br /&gt;

General Description: &lt;br /&gt;

The position of Key Account Manager is an integral part of the sales &amp; marketing effort as well as the engineering effort. The prime objective of the role is account management of key customers and the development of new business opportunities. General responsibilities will include dealing with the commercial aspects of inquiries and orders and increasing profitability and market share through interaction that results in being designed into customer machine applications. Specific duties will include:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Identify and satisfy customers’ requirements, especially the major accounts. Regularly check and report on level of customer satisfaction. &lt;br /&gt;
2. Actively call-on and develop close working relationships with customers and end users where appropriate. Present, explain and promote products. &lt;br /&gt;
3. Identify potential applications and customers, develop a good knowledge of customers’ product lines and find high margin opportunities for products that lend themselves to our technical strength. Get products written into equipment specifications. &lt;br /&gt;
4. Identify pertinent influencing contacts within the account. Develop contacts at all levels of the account’s organization (Purchasing, Plant, Engineering, Sales &amp; Marketing, Field Service). Customer Intimacy is the primary value discipline at . &lt;br /&gt;
5. Obtain competitive information related to the account in general or specific projects. Determine procurement sequence from specification through to order placement.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Prepare and submit significant quotations to customers basing prices on current policy. Follow up open proposals, negotiate and close orders. Report status on a regular and timely basis. &lt;br /&gt;
7. Be the customer advocate within whilst leading the team in conflict resolution with your accounts.&lt;br /&gt;
8. Monitor account profitability and initiate, recommend or participate in efforts to improve margins while maintaining share. Manage and maintain price lists at key accounts.&lt;br /&gt;
9. Prepare and keep up-to-date sales forecasts by account, and assist in development of bottoms-up and tops-down forecasts for overall business.&lt;br /&gt;
10. Involve other departments as necessary to participate in projects and customer satisfaction improvements.&lt;br /&gt;
11. Maintain liaison with C US on different matters (commercial, manufacturing, quality) where they relate to your accounts.&lt;br /&gt;
12. Assist Finance with the resolution of any outstanding payment issues.&lt;br /&gt;
13. Be prepared to run latest bearing calculation software as required.&lt;br /&gt;
14. Work on project teams as assigned.&lt;br /&gt;
15. Work on continuous process improvement.&lt;br /&gt;
16. Assist with training of others.&lt;br /&gt;
17. Deputize for colleagues in whatever capacity is required.&lt;br /&gt;
