Bilingual Database Administrator to assist a small team in the Project Management sector of our Client, a major EU organisation based in Canary Wharf.  This Sector is involved in implementing EU wide IT systems for industry, patients and academics and once projects are up and running they are handed on to the operational sectors.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This role is offered as a one year contract, starting on a temp basis.  The successful candidate should have solid administration experience and a keen interest in IT and also demonsrate a good understanding of databases.  Good customer service skills and excellent communications skills will also be required.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
DUTIES&lt;br /&gt;
Liaise with administrative and operations staff from other institutions and industry as required&lt;br /&gt;
Liaise with administrative and operations staff in other sectors of the Agency as required&lt;br /&gt;
Advise and assist the Head of Sector and other sector members on any work related matter&lt;br /&gt;
Support all aspects related to EudraVigilance user registration.&lt;br /&gt;
Support the  Project Manager in the management of the EudraVigilance project&lt;br /&gt;
Support the  Project Team in the development and maintenance of the EudraVigilance system                                                  &lt;br /&gt;
Supporting day-to-day system administration&lt;br /&gt;
Preparation and support of technical documentation and SOPs&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
REQUIREMENTS &lt;br /&gt;
Previous experience in a complex administrative, regulatory or technical environment&lt;br /&gt;
Experience of working within established procedures and protocols and according to deadlines&lt;br /&gt;
Experience of working in a team&lt;br /&gt;
Customer service experience&lt;br /&gt;
Excellent organisational &amp; communication skills&lt;br /&gt;
Excellent computer skills over and above the normal MS Office desktop build&lt;br /&gt;
40+ wpm typing and experience with database systems over and above simply data entry&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Desirable skills&lt;br /&gt;
A good technical understanding of IT&lt;br /&gt;
