French Customer Support Associate
Bracknell � Temporary - �11.00 per hour

The role of Customer Support Associate is pivotal role within the business and reports into the Customer Support Team Leader.

The duties will include effectively managing all French commercial business customers contacts for the specific part of the business. In this role you will work closely with marketing, commercial and finance departments to ensure customers needs are met.

Who we're looking for

The successful applicant must have a proven track record in a customer service role and be fluent in French.

The role is for 6 months, therefore you must be able to commit for the duration of the assignment.

MEDICAL ADVISOR RGN RCN

MEDICAL ADVISOR - Qualified nurse with a wide range of medical knowledge to join a small team of medical advisers on a part time basis to assess and validate mortgage/loan payment protection claims. The duties for this role will include:

� Using your core nursing knowledge to take responsibility for assessing
and managing accident and sickness claims.
� Liaising with other medical professionals
� Reviewing claimants medical notes
� Acting as point of reference for the claims administration team
� Make phone calls to Claimants to discuss their medical condition(s) for
payment authorisation.
� Be confident to write letters/medical reports for claims assessment.

The successful candidate will be RGN or SRN qualified and have at least 2 years post registration experience and a broad knowledge of medical conditions/durations. You must also be a team player, have a confident telephone manner together with good PC/keyboard skills.

This is a full time position based around Monday to Friday.
