An opportunity has now arisen for a Transport Administrator who is fluent in another European language.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the main purpose of this position will be to meet customers� requirements for the safe and efficient transport of their cargo from A to B effectively and in accordance with Company quality procedures and statutory requirements.

As a Transport Administrator your main duties will include:

- communicating with customers to ensure their quotations and traffic requirements are fulfilled
- arranging with hauliers for transport of cargo, confirming availability of equipment and agreeing prices
- preparing documentation for the loading / off loading cargo to vehicles
- dealing with customer complaints and queries

To succeed in this position you must have experience in a similar role and you must be fluent in an additional European language, ideally French. In addition to your strong command of English, you will also have a good level of computer literacy and great communication skills.
