Our Client is a major EU watchdog body whose primary responsibility lies in  protecting and promoting public and animal health on an EU wide basis by analysing and supervising medicinal products for human and veterinary use.  They are currently recruiting for experienced team secretaries with fluency in English and minimum one other EU language for their HQ based in Canary Wharf, London. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

- Telephone liaison with pharmaceutical companies. &lt;br /&gt;
- Organisation of formal meetings, expert meetings, preparation and follow-up of meetings, including the co-ordination of other related activities and for arranging logistics with Conference Services including availability of meeting rooms, photocopying and distributions of documents. &lt;br /&gt;
- Preparation of presentations/ slides for internal/ external meetings and conferences. &lt;br /&gt;
- Preparation and follow-up of travel itineraries including completion of relevant forms, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation, expenses etc. &lt;br /&gt;
- Contribution to management of Master files, ADRs and databases. &lt;br /&gt;
- Entering paper information for the whole sector into the in-house database. &lt;br /&gt;

REQUIREMENTS &lt;br /&gt;
Fluency in minimum one of the following EU languages is essential: &lt;br /&gt;
