This renown, international lawfirm is seeking a senior bookkeeper/accountant for a key position within a team of accountants in the firm\'s six offices. The successful candidate will ensure that all aspects of accounts for the London office are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. A very ‘hands on\' position requiring a flexible and organised candidate, who is taking pride in work well done, and like to combine the accounting role with some office administration. The role demands either fluent Norwegian or Swedish or Danish.&lt;br /&gt;

Responsibilities are:&lt;br /&gt;
Sales and purchase ledger, invoicing, petty cash, monthly reconciliation, budget preparations, quarterly VAT returns, monthly management reporting, monthly payroll (Sage), preparations of year end accounts, liaising with auditors, prepare balance sheet and profit/loss statement. Reconciliations of international office accounts. The role may also involve some secretarial work, office management and switchboard duties. The majority of the work is in English, with some work in Norwegian. &lt;br /&gt;

The ideal candidate will have relevant bookkeeping/accounting experience and be educated with a degree in accounting. Strong Excel skills and full proficiency in English is essential.</description>
