We are launching a new bingosite in Sweden and a vacancy has arisen for a Swedish Head Chat Master to work in shifts with two others between 10am and 10pm every day.

The applicant does not need to be situated in the UK or Sweden, as long as they have a computer with internet access!

The applicant must be fluent in Swedish.

The site is only going have Swedish players and the chat must be in Swedish.

The Chat Master Duties include
� Welcoming players to the chat room
� Moderating conversations
� Managing tournaments
� Understanding and playing bingo
� Managing player promotions
� Answering support queries
� Reporting to the UK Head Chat Master

We are looking for an outgoing person who has experience with chatting and internet bingo.

Previous experience of a Chat Master position would be preferable and the successful candidate must have an eye for detail, strong customer focus with an appreciation of the importance of customer retention.

You must be available to work in shifts days, evenings and weekends.

JOB TITLE: Swedish speaking Conference Sales Executive

SALARY: 18000 - 28000 (OTE)

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

This role involves the selling of delegate places and to recognise promotional and sales opportunities. The successful candidate will work within our existing database with the most relevant names/contacts that our marketing department has selected. Each rep will work between 3 to 4 events per month and will be given a thorough briefing on each event.

JOB SUMMARY

�Contacting, by telephone, key decision-makers and past delegates to ensure they are aware of future conferences, selling the benefits of attending and securing registrations. A minimum of 2hrs 30 mins is expected on the phone each day.

�Recognising and overcoming objections and selling alternative packages, where necessary.

�Contacting incoming enquires from prospective customers and sell the benefits of attending the event

�To complete a call guide for each event using the PMCC approach

�To exceed weekly/quarterly revenue targets as set by the Telesales Manager/RMM

�To exceed weekly/quarterly activity targets as set by the Telesales Manager

�To ensure that all non sales activities take place outside of prime selling time

�To attend regular sales meetings when required

�To attend briefing sessions with the relevant conference producers to gain a thorough understanding of the event, key selling points and to be made aware of any major objections that may be encountered etc.

�To be responsible for the sale of your own events designated by the Telesales Manager

�To uphold a bright, enthusiastic and motivated attitude at all times

�To uphold an impeccable telephone manner

�To demonstrate a good standard of computer literacy

�To ensure database is amended and updated as required

WORKING CONDITIONS

*Starting salary of between �18,000 p.a. + generous bonus structure giving a realistic OTE in year one of over � 28,000

*Starting bonus after 6 weeks and after 6 months.

*Regular training provided

*20 days holiday per annum (Pro-rata), 10 of which must be taken during July/August.

*Hours 9.00am - 5.30pm, with one hour for lunch
