The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Support or Customer Service and speak fluent Swedish.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To primary make contact with new and existing New Balance customers to ensure service levels are at a premium, update on any new promotions, co-ordinate across key departments and increase sales through either rapid replenishment or tactical promotions.  By achieving all the objectives the brand awareness/perception will be improved.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Key Drivers &amp; Job Requirements&lt;br /&gt;

Make regular contact with select/targeted NB customers&lt;br /&gt;
Co-ordinate/troubleshoot between key departments internally e.g. credit, logistics, marketing etc.  The objective is to ensure all accounts and sales teams are \&quot;all over the accounts\&quot;&lt;br /&gt;
Rapid replenishment - To co-ordinate, plan and communicate the RR programme internally and externally to deliver weekly updates and \&quot;top up\&quot; orders&lt;br /&gt;
Monthly sales initiatives - To work cross functionally with sales, marketing, product and buying to deliver both in season and future promotional programmes&lt;br /&gt;
Telesales - To make weekly contact to all RR customers to fill gaps and promote offers&lt;br /&gt;
To target/contact tactical key accounts to ensure all promotions and activity are successful&lt;br /&gt;
To pull together any seasonal promotion packs and contact all internal customers&lt;br /&gt;
To increase sales and profit&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Targeted on calls/performance&lt;br /&gt;
Based in the UK sales office&lt;br /&gt;

Will attend all UK sales meetings&lt;br /&gt;
Must have telesales/relevant experience&lt;br /&gt;
Ideally internally to start as already knows the systems&lt;br /&gt;
Reports directly to UK CSM&lt;br /&gt;
