BASIC FUNCTION OF YOUR ROLE:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Responsible for customer contact related to account credit and payment status.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
-	Make calls to and build relationships with customers;&lt;br /&gt;
-	Support Accounts Receivable with reconciliation of debit and credit items;&lt;br /&gt;
-	Use of SAP; &lt;br /&gt;
-	Be the contact point for customers;&lt;br /&gt;
-	Deal with invoice, payment and statement queries; &lt;br /&gt;
-	Act as the link between Sales &amp; Risk Management &lt;br /&gt;
-	Liaise with Credit Risk team on approval requirements &lt;br /&gt;
-	Give support to the sales team with customer service issues when needed&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
-	Fluent Swedish speaker &lt;br /&gt;
-	Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.  &lt;br /&gt;
-	Influencing skills with confidence and a mature attitude.  &lt;br /&gt;
-	Good numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.  &lt;br /&gt;
-	Credit control or customer service experience.  &lt;br /&gt;
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
