BASIC FUNCTION OF YOUR ROLE:

Responsible for customer contact related to account credit and payment status.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Make calls to and build relationships with customers;
- Support Accounts Receivable with reconciliation of debit and credit items;
- Use of SAP;
- Be the contact point for customers;
- Deal with invoice, payment and statement queries;
- Act as the link between Sales & Risk Management
- Liaise with Credit Risk team on approval requirements
- Give support to the sales team with customer service issues when needed

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- Fluent Swedish speaker
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
- Influencing skills with confidence and a mature attitude.
- Good numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Credit control or customer service experience.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
