The Role

- Warm and cold calling prospective clients
- Developing business relationships in a competitive environment
- Attraction of candidates through advertising, networking and head hunting
- Assess and respond to the needs of each client
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews and brief candidates on behalf of the client
- Manage the interview process through interview to offer stage and beyond

We are currently seeking language speakers for trainee positions in Recruitment. You can earn up to �40k in your 1st year and in excess of �60k by the end of your 2nd year.

Languages currently sought are:

Looking for graduates/trainees to start ASAP. You will be fully trained on the full recruitment cycle, supported through classroom based training as well as full �on the job� support from a mentor.
