As a Cross-Cultural Account Manager you would be the central link between Native's clients (both at a central and a local level) and our global network of talent.

Your role will be to:

Oversee the status of Native�s client needs
Manage adaptations of international advertising campaigns
Write reports and keep records of client�s relationships
Handle financial proposals and manage budgets
Negotiate timelines, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
Attend meetings, report on key decisions
Take ownership of Client relationships: take brief, set expectations, negotiate services and deadlines
Brief Native�s network of talent
Evaluate copy provided by writers against adaptations brief
Obtain client approvals
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients

We are looking for someone enthusiastic, extremely organized, enjoys multi-tasking and working in a team. Ideally, you would have 2-3 years experience in a similar position and you would be looking to grow with us.

Oxfam�s global presence is growing by the day, so to guarantee we�re getting our message across to staff and key audiences around the world, we need you to oversee our translations programme in this brand new role as Translations Manager. Whether you�re leading the development of our language strategy or commissioning translations, you�ll know how to ensure that our translations and interpreting work is of the highest quality. What�s more, you�ll build our network of approved translators and contacts, while acting as a focal point for Oxfam GB on all translation queries.

Be involved
It goes without saying you�ll be a language expert, ideally with a background as a translator or experience of managing translations. You�ll also be a confident and experienced strategic thinker, with the organisational skills to juggle any number of translation projects. It�s absolutely essential that you have a high level of competency in two of either Arabic, French or Spanish, strong interpersonal skills and an eye for detail.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Arabic/English Translator to work on a prestigious contract in the North West. You will ideally have a translation qualification and preferably experience in translating documentation related to the defence/military sector. The contract is for 12-18 months � free accommodation provided if required. Salary to �22000 to �28000, plus excellent benefits, including free lunches and generous holiday allowance. Candidates must have eligibility to work in the UK.
