We are now seeking to expand our Customer Services team and are currently looking to recruit a Translation and Interpreting Customer Services Co-ordinator, fluent in English with at least one other language (German, Spanish, Italian, French, Swedish, Polish, Russian) to manage the translation and interpreting requirements of our clients (from and into all language combinations).&lt;br /&gt;

Your Responsibilities&lt;br /&gt;
• Coordination of all aspects of the process across multiple projects from defining client requirements, quotation preparation, supplier liaison, proof-reading and delivery of finished product&lt;br /&gt;
• Regular liaison with client to resolve any queries that may arise and ensure requirements are met to the highest standard&lt;br /&gt;
• Quality control of translations&lt;br /&gt;
• Management and development of client accounts&lt;br /&gt;
• Translation checking for completeness and formatting prior to delivery to client&lt;br /&gt;
• Use of CAT Tools for text analysis, pre-translation and memory updates (MemoQ and Trados used in-house)&lt;br /&gt;
• Reporting to the General Manager &lt;br /&gt;

Your role&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As the Translation and Interpreting Customer Services Co-ordinator, you will act as the main contact person between clients and suppliers. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
With an assigned portfolio of clients to manage, you will be responsible for handling projects through all stages, to include liaison with the client to understand requirements, planning, assigning translation and interpreting teams, negotiating deadlines and coordinating the process through to delivery. Your role will also involve development of existing accounts to ensure long-standing, sustainable relationships with our client base. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Your Responsibilities&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Your Skills&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
•	Fluent in English plus at least one other language (German, Spanish, Italian, French, Swedish, Polish, Russian)&lt;br /&gt;
•	Educated to degree standard. If degree is not in translation, similar qualifications required.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Previous experience in translation services would be advantageous. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Excellent organisational and time management skills – able to prioritise while handling multiple projects simultaneously. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat, html). Familiarity with desktop publishing software (QuarkXPress, Framemaker) would be an advantage.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Excellent communication skills - able to develop further business with existing client base &lt;br /&gt;
•	Strong customer focus, previous client contact experience an advantage&lt;br /&gt;
•	Commitment to provide excellent service to all clients&lt;br /&gt;
•	Passionate about languages &lt;br /&gt;
•	Knowledge of Trados (or any other CAT tools)&lt;br /&gt;
