We are looking for a Content Executive to join the Americas content team, based in East Grinstead, West Sussex.

Key responsibilities

� To contact international financial institutions in order to research, source, collect and maintain information
� To ensure that the information held on the databases is comprehensive and accurate
� To carry out timely and thorough quality control checks
� To work with other departments to ensure timely delivery of information
� To provide weekly updates on allocated territory
� To work to deadlines

Skills and experience:

� Confident telephone manner to communicate with international financial institutions is essential
� Excellent attention to detail is essential
� Knowledge of database and Windows applications is essential
� Excellent written communication skills
� A good level of numeracy
� Extremely well organised and able to manage own time, demonstrating flexibility
� Experience of using research skills to source relevant information
� Ability to work as part of a team and to deadlines
� Fluency in Spanish and / or Portuguese is desirable
