Don Quijote is the leading network of schools teaching Spanish in Spain and Latin America and we have a vacancy in our UK office, located in Epsom, for a Client Services Course Counsellor to handle all aspects of student administration. The successful candidate will speak English and Spanish, have excellent telephone skills, be computer literate and the ability to work as part of a team. &lt;br /&gt;

Description:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Reporting directly to the UK Office Manager you will be responsible for handling all aspects of student administration, handling enquiries, advising potential students on their study options  and assisting with office sales and promotions. You will be working as part of a highly motivated and friendly team.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Requirements:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
• Fluent English spoken and written&lt;br /&gt;
• Good command of Spanish&lt;br /&gt;
• Good attention to details&lt;br /&gt;
• Confident and positive manner&lt;br /&gt;
• Ability to prioritise and organise tasks&lt;br /&gt;
• Good computer skills to include MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)&lt;br /&gt;
• Ability to work as part of a team&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Duties:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
• Answer enquiries (email, phone and post) from current and potential&lt;br /&gt;
  students&lt;br /&gt;
• Help potential students to choose which course or location would be&lt;br /&gt;
  suitable for them&lt;br /&gt;
• Use and update client database to include the entering, editing and&lt;br /&gt;
  updating of all student personal data, reservations, travel details,&lt;br /&gt;
  telephone calls, emails and brochure requests received etc.&lt;br /&gt;
• Follow-up potential students by email or phone&lt;br /&gt;
• Sending promotional materials and other relevant information to&lt;br /&gt;
  clients&lt;br /&gt;
• Assist the Office Manager and other members of the team as&lt;br /&gt;
  required&lt;br /&gt;
• Attend promotional events such Information Evenings and Trade&lt;br /&gt;
  Fairs, etc&lt;br /&gt;

This is  an exciting opportunity to  work for one of the UK's largest accounting firms who command a huge global presence. The firm has achieved over a 10 % growth over the last twelve month period and now as a result of internal promotions an opportunity has arisen for an Audit Manager to join the charities team.  &lt;br /&gt;

The successful candidate will have experience in the sector, and will either already be an audit manager looking for broader experience and greater opportunity to progress, or a strong assistant manager looking for promotion to manager level. Ideally you will be fully conversant with both the English and French languages and a good knowledge of any other European language would be an advantage.&lt;br /&gt;

securing of new business.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Beyond their immediate responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to make a positive contribution to the wider team.
