Our client a large blue chip company is currently seeking to recruit a Bilingual Localisation Project Manager for their offices in Hertfordshire&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The Job Role&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To manage and deliver complex localisation projects to meet global product launch schedules. Achieve business results while consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Main Accountabilities:&lt;br /&gt;
  &lt;br /&gt;
-	Deliver complex localisation projects to meet global product launch/Service Level Agreement targets (quality, cost, delivery) in order to retain and delight customers&lt;br /&gt;
-	Develop and maintain quotations, statements of work and project schedules based on project requirements&lt;br /&gt;
-	Lead and coach project team [of up to 20 personnel] with varying skills and knowledge &lt;br /&gt;
-	Manage the project team's delivery process from order to delivery&lt;br /&gt;
-	Motivate the project team to deliver project objectives and optimum business results and to maintain a customer first attitude&lt;br /&gt;
-	Analyse and report monthly on project performance (work-in-progress, delivery performance, schedule tracking and project profitability) using problem-solving skills to address below-target results, particularly in the area of account profitability&lt;br /&gt;
-	Identify and resolve all project issues in a timely manner and highlight any opportunities or risks as appropriate. Perform and document risk assessment and root cause analysis.&lt;br /&gt;
-	Input to project management processes and metrics for repeatable high performance in order to achieve business results &lt;br /&gt;
-	Work effectively with the Customer Services Group and with other Language Services groups to ensure best practices are shared and a ‘Customer First’ attitude is prevalent across project teams&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The Candidate:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
-	Relevant project management experience in the translation/localisation industry (particularly complex projects of up to 6 months duration)&lt;br /&gt;
-	Experience of managing a project team of &gt;5 staff&lt;br /&gt;
-	Experience of measuring and reporting on project performance &lt;br /&gt;
-	Experience of working at a cross-functional level (e.g. mapping/creating new work processes)&lt;br /&gt;
-	Proven ability to lead and motivate a project team&lt;br /&gt;
-	Proven ability to develop, monitor and maintain complex project schedules and budgets                                                &lt;br /&gt;
-	Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and suggest recommendations in order to deliver results&lt;br /&gt;
-	Track record of delivering results within a fast-moving production environment&lt;br /&gt;
-	Proven customer management &amp; relationship-building experience&lt;br /&gt;
-	Demonstrable knowledge of localisation production processes, including translation tools &amp; technology&lt;br /&gt;
-	Demonstrable knowledge of Software Localization processes&lt;br /&gt;
-	Familiarity with global product launches &lt;br /&gt;
-	Excellent interpersonal skills&lt;br /&gt;
-	Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) plus fluent in another European language&lt;br /&gt;
-	Excellent planning and organisational skills&lt;br /&gt;
-	Knowledge of MS Project and Excel&lt;br /&gt;
-	Able to work under pressure and remain flexible and adaptable  &lt;br /&gt;
-	Degree or equivalent preferred; &lt;br /&gt;
-	Able to work in a multicultural environment and across time zones       &lt;br /&gt;
-	Positive attitude, drive &amp; enthusiasm&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
