Achieve business results while consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.<br /> <br /> Main Accountabilities:<br /> <br /> - Deliver complex localisation projects to meet global product launch/Service Level Agreement targets (quality, cost, delivery) in order to retain and delight customers<br /> - Develop and maintain quotations, statements of work and project schedules based on project requirements<br /> - Lead and coach project team [of up to 20 personnel] with varying skills and knowledge <br /> - Manage the project team's delivery process from order to delivery<br /> - Motivate the project team to deliver project objectives and optimum business results and to maintain a customer first attitude<br /> - Analyse and report monthly on project performance (work-in-progress, delivery performance, schedule tracking and project profitability) using problem-solving skills to address below-target results, particularly in the area of account profitability<br /> - Identify and resolve all project issues in a timely manner and highlight any opportunities or risks as appropriate.
